Dexter is a dedicated family man, with a wonderful wife and daughter, and he is expecting a second child in 2025. He holds a strong belief that while business is important, there are far more meaningful things in life. Thomas Janowski brings over 12 years of experience in solar energy and electrical systems, specializing in market analysis, project management, and team leadership. His expertise spans both residential and commercial solar and battery projects, where he consistently delivers efficient, integrated solutions that balance form and function.
Throughout his career, Thomas has overseen the successful completion of solar installations ranging from 5 kW to 1 MW, while conducting over 20,000 site evaluations. His ability to manage projects of varying sizes — from small residential systems to large-scale commercial setups worth up to $5 million — has established him as a leader in the industry.
