In 2024, OneGrid partnered with MetroPoint Business Park to install a multi-building solar energy system designed to lower shared operational costs and improve sustainability ratings.
We implemented a 400 kW rooftop and carport array distributed across six commercial units. The system now generates enough energy to power over 40 small businesses while reducing annual grid dependency by 45%.
Each tenant can monitor their individual energy data through OneGrid’s advanced monitoring portal — an innovative feature that enhances transparency and accountability.
